At Wake Up Call Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all non-perishable hardware and store credit for coffee beans within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all accessories and manuals for equipment are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
